Chairs/Stools Warranty

TDI WARRANTS ALL CHAIRS AND STOOLS TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP.

Mechanical and structural parts including cushions are guaranteed for five (5) years when weight capacities are not exceeded.  Maximum weight is 300 pounds, except High Weight Capacity Chair Series, which is 450 pounds.

Cushions including fabric, vinyl, foam, and workmanship are guaranteed to be serviceable with normal usage for a period of five (5) years.  Punctures or cuts in the material are not included in this warranty. Harsh Environment and Skinned Polyurethane Chairs are guaranteed to be serviceable for a period of one (1) year.

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered in any way.  Products which have been subject to misuse will not be covered under warranty.

In the event of a claim, the customer shall notify TDI providing Serial Number of chair and nature of the defect.  Replacement parts will be shipped t the customer within normal lead time.

This Warranty stated herein is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

RECOMMENDED CLEANING: 10% Isopropyl Alcohol / 90% Water Solution (Vinyl Upholstery)
